We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch debit/credit cards.



If you book direct with Wildside we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking (non-refundable)



Your balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. You can call and pay by card over the phone.


Alternative Payment Methods

If you wish you may pay by cheque or Swift (international bank transfer). Any bank charges incurred will be payable by the hirer. Please contact the office if you wish to pay by these methods.


Check In and Check Out

You can check into your lodge from 4pm, please advise us of your arrival time should you wish to arrive outside this time.

Checking out of your lodge is 10am.


Wildside Cancellation Policy

Your initial deposit is non-refundable. We do not sell holiday insurance, but we advise you to take out holiday insurance should any unlikely event occur and you should wish to cancel your holiday.

Your remaining balance will be refundable outside the 6 week period or you can transfer your holiday to another date and pay any difference in cost.



We do require all guests to fill in a pre-authorised card payment form. Should any damages occur during your stay, we ask that you notify reception immediately. No card transactions will be processed without notification to you in writing.



Dogs must be kept on a lead around the park and any dog foul cleaned away by the owner.

Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended in the lodges during your stay.

NB Any pets other than dogs will be at our discretion and must be requested at the time of booking.


Social Media Competitions

  1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  2. The competition will begin at the time the competition post is shared and end at the time stated in the post caption.
  3. A winner will be chosen at random and contacted within 14 days of the competition end date.
  4. The prize is valid for six months from the day the winner is contacted.
  5. Only entries which follow the competition posts instructions will be counted.
  6. The prize will be clearly stated in the competition post and is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  7. Wildside Highland Lodges shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  8. Wildside Highland Lodge’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
