Wildside Lodges Holiday Park Rules

Welcome to Wildside Lodges! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, please adhere to the following rules during your stay.

1. General Conduct

  • Respect Others: Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times to ensure their safety. IMPORTANT: THE HOT TUB IS NOT A CHILDRENS PLAYPOOL
  • Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.
  • Please clean up after your pets.
  • Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or beds
  • Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the lodge.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Departure: On your day of departure please vacate your lodge by 10am. If you can please place all your rubbish in the bins provided at the designated areas onsite, separating your recyclables into the blue recycling bins and glass/mixed waste items into the black refuse bins.
  • It would help our housekeeping staff if you would kindly remove the bedding and leave on the individual beds.
  • Please place any Dirty towels can in the bath or shower tray.
  • To help save energy please switch of any electrical wall heaters before you leave your lodge.
  • Please help us save energy during your stay by switching lights off when leaving a room or your lodge for the day.
  • Please turn off your outside lights before going to bed.

3. Safety and Security

  • Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency, dial [07960410094] or contact reception at [01456 486373].
  • Fire Safety: Fire extinguishers are located in each lodge. Please familiarize yourself with their location and usage.
  • First Aid: First aid kits are available at reception. For minor injuries, please contact our staff.

4. Amenities and Facilities

  • BBQs: disposable BBQs are not allowed due to fire risks.

5. Cleanliness and Maintenance

  • Rubbish and Recycling: Dispose of waste in the designated bins located [Location]. Recycle where possible.
  • Lodge Cleanliness: Keep your lodge clean and tidy. Report any maintenance or breakages to reception immediately.
  • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Please inform staff of any accidental damage.

6. Quiet Hours

  • Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times to respect the peace and quiet of the park.

7. Vehicles and Parking

  • Speed Limit: The speed limit within the park is [Speed Limit] mph. Please drive slowly and watch for pedestrians and wildlife.
  • Parking: Park only in designated areas and not on the grass.

8. Wildlife and Environment

  • Leave No Trace: Please respect the natural environment by leaving no litter and minimizing your impact on the landscape.
  • Doing our bit! We no longer supply disposable slippers for your tootsies. The main drawback of disposable slippers is their contribution to plastic waste and environmental pollution.

9. Smoking and Alcohol

  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the lodges and in all communal areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Alcohol: Drink responsibly. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour due to intoxication will not be tolerated.

10. Activities and Event

  • Local Attractions: Information and recommendations for local attractions are available on our website www.wildsidelodges.com or in the guest information pack.

11. Hot Tub Use

Please the follow the instructions Carefully for the use of the hot tub, these instructions are located in your lodge.

Please shower before use.

WHEN YOU’VE FINISHED USING YOUR HOT TUB, PLEASE ENSURE ALL JETS ARE OPEN AND THE AIR VALVE(S) ARE ON SO THE HOT TUB CAN CIRCULATE AND FILTER OTHERWISE THE WATER WILL BECOME STALE RESULTING IN A DRAINDOWN AND REFILL.

If you are still unsure how to do the above or use the hot tub, please ask at reception and we will be happy to demonstrate.

Unfortunately, under certain circumstances, if we feel the hot tub is being misused and cause a H & S risk, we may have no alternative but to turn the hot tub off.
